| 摘 要： | 社区警务作为公安工作的基础，既关系到公安工作的成败，又关系到社会综合治理的大局。在新形势下，公安机关必须研究社区警务工作的特点和规律，探索具有我国特色的社区警务工作的思路，抓住社区警务战略的“人本”、“协作”、“弹性”等关键措施，不断将社区警务工作推向前进。

| Abstract: | As the basic of the public security work, the community policing not only relates to the success or failure of the public security work, but also has a bearing on the overall situation of the comprehensive way of society. Under the new situation; the public security police must research the characteristc and regular pattern of the community policing, expolre the thinking of the work, grasp the key measures, such as people first, cooperation, flexibility, and gradually make the community police go forward. |
