China's New Conception of Energy Security and Achieving Global Energy Security

Global energy security relates to world peace,stability and common development of all countries.With the rapid development of economic globalization and the growing mutual linkage between regions,and countries as well,global energy security has displayed new characteristics and is facing new challenges.Based on a thorough analysis of severe situation of global energy security,China's government sets forth the new conception of energy security with "reciprocal cooperation,multiple development,collaborative safeguard" as its core,provides a new idea of achieving global energy security,and makes unremitting efforts to achieve global energy security.
