美学是对于在审美活动中形成的活生生的东西的阐释 ,是“说‘不可说’” ,因此 ,传统的美学提问方式必须加以转换 :从追“根”问“底”以及透过个别追问普遍、透过具体追问抽象、透过变化追问永恒、透过现象追问本质 ,转向对于“怎么样”的追问 ,即对于对象世界的无穷无尽的可能性、审美活动自身的无穷无尽的可能性的追问。而这就要走出知识论的框架 ,置身生存活动为什么为人类生命活动所必需 ,就成为美学尤其是生命美学的提问方式

Beyond the Framework of Knowledge: Change in Ways of Asking Aesthetic Questions --Debate between Life Aesthetics and Practical Aesthetics

Aesthetics is an interpretation of whatever comes out of aesthetic activities,an attempt at "saying what'cannot be said'".As such it must change its ways of asking questions.That is,instead of exploring the general through the individual,or searching for the abstract from the specific,or finding out the constant from the variant,or discovering the essential from the phenomenal,it should start to ask questions about"how",about the endless possibilities of the objective world and the endless possibilities of aesthetic activities themselves.This requires aesthetics to go beyond the framework of knowledge and to place itself in the framework of life,with no concern for induction or deduction,but focusing on questions of how aesthetic activities begin and end, or why aesthetic activities are essential to activities of human life.This is what life aesthetics is about.
