和谐社会语境中涉法涉诉信访问题研究

当前,涉法涉诉信访是和谐社会中的不和谐因素.在中国悠久的历史文化影响下,涉法涉诉信访传承至今.处于社会转型期是中国涉法涉诉信访高发的根本原因之一.缺乏对涉法涉诉信访行为的准确定性,制度建设滞后是当前涉法涉诉信访存在的主要问题.我们应从实现涉法涉诉信访与法治的衔接入手,继续健全完善涉法涉诉信访处理机制,从而使社会主义法制社会更趋于完善和谐.
