朋辈辅导的社会工作模式探讨

作为一种新的辅导模式，朋辈辅导在我国高校大学生心理健康教育中越来越受到重视。但是，目前这种模式的运用多数是从心理学视角展开的。事实上，仅从心理学角度把朋辈辅导作为解决大学生心理健康问题和弥补高校心理健康体系不足的一种方式，并没有完全发挥其能量。应从社会工作的视角来分析开展朋辈辅导的意义，并探讨构建朋辈辅导的社会工作模式。

Explorations on the Working Mode of Peers＇ Guidance

Peers＇ guidance, as a new guidance mode, is getting increasingly focused on in education on psychological health conducted for university students. However, the current conduction of the mode is carried out in the view of psychology. In fact, being applied, only in the view of psychology, to deal with university students＇ psychological problems and compensate the disadvantages of university education system, the mode has not fully functioned. We should, based on the view of social work, analyze the significance of peers＇ guidance, and explore the working mode for it.
