基于信息空间理论的图书馆知识服务共享模型构建

从博伊索特的信息空间理论的视角看，图书馆知识服务共享模型应包括四个平面，即抽象一扩散平面、编码一扩散平面、抽象一编码平面和编码一抽象平面。该模型显示出图书馆知识服务共享的转化是一个动态的循环过程，其转化方式包括内在化、外在化、综合化和社会化。隐性知识经过上述过程的转化，结合用户的知识需求问题，将可以显性化的隐性知识传递到知识处理平台，从而为用户提供决策支持服务。

On the Construction of Shared Model for Library Knowledge Service Based on the Theory of Information Space
