At the turn of the century, Southeast Asian economies fluctuated dramatically, which have slowed down sharply and even shown a negative growth in 2001. In the face of the rapid recession in domestic economies, the governments of Southeast Asian countries have actively introduced measures to energetically restructure their economies.
