| 摘 要： | 区域间的经济一体化是一个利益驱动下的战略选择。环渤海地区在工业化利益、区域内的经济联系、基础设施建设以及城市化利益等方面存在着经济一体化发展的良好基础和条件。同时,这一地区也面临着高新技术产业离散型发展、外部高端市场利用不足、体制创新缓慢,以及产业结构趋同等制约因素。加快地区经济一体化的进程,推动区域产业分工和协作,实现共同发展,是“十一五”期间环渤海地区经济发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | The littoral area of Bohai has the favorable bases and conditions of the economic integra- tion that embedded in industrialized benefit,regional economic relation,infrastructure construc- tion,urbanization benefit and so on.At the same time,this region is faced with some restricted factors such as the segregated development of high-tech industries,shortage of developed mar- ket,slowness of system innovation,duplication of industrial structure,and so on.The further development in littoral area of Bohai should accelerate the process of the regional economic inte- gration and establish the mechanism of inter-local division specialization and cooperation. |
