| Abstract: | It is not suitable for Chinese Law to follow administrative contract system and theory of French Law. Because according to the usual practice of Chinese Law, the standards of confirming administrative contract of French Law are not appropriate to Chinese Law. Some types of contract, which belong to administrative contracts in French Law, belong to civil and commercial contracts in Chinese Law. |
