| Abstract: | The right of recovery for benefit belongs to the right to claim for unjust enrichment in nature. The special condition constituting the right of recovery for benefit is deficiency of protective measure or lapse of time, which leads to the loss of right of bill. Because of causative relation and financial relation, the debtor on commercial instrument can obtain the benefit. |
