| 摘 要： | 当代中国各类社会组织依据相应的自主权制定的自制规章在现实生活中起着不可或缺的重要作用,但相关问题研究并没有真正上升到理论层面,缺乏系统深入的研究.因此,对自制规章的内涵及特征、自制规章的类型、制定自制规章的权力来源、自制规章与其他规范的区别及自制规章的研究价值等方面进行理论探讨是非常必要的.

| Abstract: | Large numbers of self-made regulations,which were drawn up by various social organizations based on its relatively independent power,play necessary and important role in contemporary real life.But the research of related problems hasn't really rise to the theoretical level,due to lack of systemic and thorough study.Therefore,the theoretical study to the type,the content,the characteristic,the power source,and the reserchful worth of which is very necessary. |
