On Comparative Constitutional Interpretation

The approach of comparative constitutional interpretation has been adopted by some Countries. However, its applicability is still a hot topic for discussion. It mirrors the lack of further recognition of this new approach in theory. Therefore, the author tried to examine this issue by exploring the following three questions: what is the comparative constitutional interpretation? Why is it required? How could it be? Meanwhile, the author pointed out that the approach is a common way and it is meaningful to China from both aspects of the theory and the reality.
