| 摘 要： | 教师教学质量评价，是实现教学管理目的、检验教学目标是否实现的一种手段。教师教学质量评价有其特定的目的、意义、评价方式、评价标准，评价实施结果处理必须具有科学性、客观性，减少乃至消除评价工作中的心理干扰。
