| Abstract: | In the new situations, police organs should try to solve such problems as: the over-centralization of power, the weakness of supervision and check mechanism, the grave idea that privileges go with position,etc.. So it's necessary to establish a long-effective mechanism of legislative supervision and restraint from the aspects of ideological foundation, systematic essurance and basic measures. |
