| Abstract: | The development of the pledge of the share rights proves that, upon its own cultural background, the system of Civil Right could merely be constructed according to certain social and economic needs. Its real right property nature, as well as characteristics of the certificativity and risk, is becoming an important factor that any people involved in must consider. |
