| 摘 要： | 本文以私营企业劳动报酬为例,对私营企业劳资关系治理中的工会绩效进行实证分析。研究表明,工会在当前私营企业劳资关系治理中具有一定的绩效,相对于非工会工人,工会对于工会工人劳动报酬的提高具有一定的影响,但是这种影响小于西方市场化国家。

| Abstract: | The article has a demonstrational analysis on trade unions'achievement of industrial relations governance in private enterprises.The study exposed that trade unions have some achievements of industrial relations governance in private enterprises.Trade unions have some infections for increasing union members' payment relative to non-union members.But this influence is less than western market economies. |
