| Abstract: | IUCN-The World Conservation Union established an Academy of Environmental Law,which is similar to the Hague Academy of International Law,in Shanghai in November 2003.As the Chinese coordinators for organizing and conducting the inauguration ceremony and the first Colloquium of the news established Academy,the authors provide a comprehensive introduction and assessment to the great historical event of the IUCN. |
