Abstract:The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) regulates the processingof personal data by data controllers. Trustees will be controllersof the personal data relating to their trust. Personal data relates to living individuals who can be identifiedfrom that data, on its own or in conjunction with other informationin (or likely to come into) the trustees’ possession.
