论弱势群体对社会稳定的影响

弱势群体是一个存在已久的社会问题,不改善这一群体的生存状况与社会地位,将影响到社会的发展与稳定,而对弱势群体的界定是解决这一问题的关键,目前的界定大多以经济状况来衡量一个群体的弱势与否,不能涵盖所有的弱势群体,应结合社会评价,占有资源量,健康状况来综合评价。与此同时,对弱势群体所引发的社会问题要从其本质特征上去寻找原因。经过考察,由于社会评价低、普遍歧视、占有源少与健康状况不容乐观的特征决定了弱势群体影响社会发展与稳定的一个诱因而非必然因素,其深层根源在于社会与政府

The influence of the Vulnerable groups to the stabilization of the society

The problem of the vulnerable groups is a very serious society problem. It will influence the development and the stabilization of the society if we can not solve it well. To solve it, fist of the all, we have to know who are the vulnerable groups .We should use the evaluation of the society, the amount of towing the resource, health of the groups to get the answer. Meanwhile, we should realize the groups would would relate with the stabilization of the society. But, it is not the major reason of the instability of the society. The basic reason exisits in the society and the government .
