| Abstract: | From the view of the essential features of higher vocational education and the demand of social development,this paper discusses the importance of training students'professional abilities in higher vocational education,and how to carry out reforms on the training vocational talent model to promote their professional abilities from different aspects like major construction,forming teaching system,construction of teachers,employment guidance. |
