| 摘 要： | 我国私营经济的产生及其发展 ,迫使我们必须对往昔传统观念中的劳资关系进行认真反思 ,特别是要把握其发展的内在脉络。由于西方资本主义的发展基本上是一个自然演进而非人为外力强加的历程 ,具有较强的原生性和典型性 ,其劳资关系的发展走势从而更多地体现了其逻辑的本来面貌 ,因此它对我们厘清我国私营企业中的劳资关系来说 ,无疑是极佳的分析模块。

| Abstract: | The emergence and development of private economy of China urge us to seriously rethink conventional labor-capital relationship, especially to find out the internal line of its development. Since the development of western capitalism is basically a natural evolution course, with strong originality and typicality, the trend of its labor-capital relationship shows more original nature. Therefore it is the best analyzing model for us to straighten out the labor-capital relationship in private business of China. |
