| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的“四个要求”就是对经济法完善的四个要求。尤其是在社会主义市场经济大环境下,社会经济的全面、协调、可持续发展,与“以人为本”实现人的全面发展的目标是一致的。经济法在理念、功能和内容上的创新,都是为了完成其培养市场主体、规范市场秩序、完善宏观调控的重大使命。这种使命归根到底是为了建立一个民主法治、公平正义、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会主义和谐社会。
