| 摘 要： | 任何事物都是共性与个性的统一。党的执政资源是党执政的基础,它不仅具有执政资源的共性特征,也因党的执政地位的获得方式而具有自己的特色。党必须正确认识执政资源的特征,将其共性与个性有机统一起来,加强执政资源的有效运作。

| Abstract: | Anything is unified by general feature and distinctive feature.The administrative resources of the Party are the governing basis of the party,they not only have the general feature of the administrative resources,but also have distinctive feature for the obtaining ways of the Party governing position.Our Party should know them and make them unified,strengthen the operating of the administrative resources of the Party effectively. |
