完善我国危机管理体制的路径探析

完善我国危机管理体制对于应对公共危机具有重要的意义。我国危机管理体制当前存在着危机意识缺乏、信息沟通不顺畅、法律法规不完备等问题。为进一步完善我国危机管理体制，需要我国政府从提升危机意识、建立危机沟通机制、完善危机法制基础、加强危机的参与协调与指挥决策机制等方面作出努力。

This paper elaborates the great value of improving the crisis management system of our country,and points out 5 defects in the existing management system.In order to further improve our country’s crisis management system,the author raises 5 suggestions:(a) improving the crisis consciousness of the government and society,(b) establishing an effective crisis communication mechanism,(c) perfecting the legal foundation of crisis,(d) building and strengthening the coordination and participation mechanism of crisis management,(e) building a unified command decisions mechanism.
