| 摘 要： | 公安经侦部门加强与其他行政执法机关的办案协作,目的是为了应对经济犯罪逐步向高科技、智能化方向发展以及跨区域流动作案日益增多的趋势。无论是从经济犯罪活动规律演变的态势看,还是从打击经济犯罪的实践需要看,与其他行政执法机关建立全方位、多层次的办案协作机制将成为必然选择。

| Abstract: | The cooperation with other law enforcement drgans for the economic detectation department of the police in dealing with cases aims to the tendency of economic criminals to be more high-tech,intelligent,and mobile in areas.From both the evolvement of economic crime and the practical need to punish such crime,it is inevitable for the police to cooperate with other law enforcement organs in dealing with cases from all sides and on multiple strata. |
