人本法学教育观论要——高境界法律人才培养目标模式

摘    要:法科教育作为法律教育的科学模式,应当秉承以人为本的法理精义。在法科教育备感迷惘的今日中国,我们一定要依以人为本的法理精义科学构建高境界法律人才培养的目标模式,具体而言,研究中国问题、作中国文章是新理念,高素质法学人才和高素质法务人才的整合性法律英才是新目标,个性化、多样化、自主化、实践化是新方法。人本法学教育观是当代中国法治国家指导理论基建工程的重要端口,具有显明的战略意义和广阔的深入研讨空间。

Abstract:Scientific education of law which is the scientific mode of the legal education should receive the commands of person-based jurisprudence. We should learn choosing the middle road between the machinemode in Classical China and staff-mode in Modern Western concerning on the legal education. Especially to China today, scientific education mode of law is so ambiguous that we have to construct the objective mode of high level legal people of talent. In particular, we advocate the new idea, new aim and new methods concentrating on the objective mode of high level legal people of talent. As the conclusion, we think the Outlook of Person-based Jurisprudence Education should be regarded as the basic constructive engineering of the principle theory guiding the rule of law state and discussed further.
