| 摘 要： | 全球性问题的产生,迫使人类反思过去,探讨新的发展战略。新发展观把经济发展与环境保护有机结合,要求自然、经济、社会协调一致,实现人类社会全面、稳定、健康、持续发展。但其实施面临许多重大障碍,需要人类密切合作,共同进行长期的努力。

| Abstract: | The being of the global problems forces human beings to reflect on the past and probe into new developed strategy. The new development concept combines economic development with environment protection, and demands in harmony with nature , economy and society to realize the all-round, stable, healthy and sustained development of humanity society . However, for there are many great obstacles in the process of its realization, so it need human beings close coordination and sustained effort together. |
