| 摘 要： | 美沙酮维持治疗在我国已经开展了六年,但情况并不太乐观,各地在对吸毒人员开展治疗的过程中,暴露出一些阻碍美沙酮维持治疗出现的问题。本文针对存在的问题结合赴香港考察美沙酮维持治疗的经验,就公安机关在美沙酮维持治疗中的作用分析讨论。

| Abstract: | Methadone maintenance treatment has been adopted in China for 6 years.However,the situation is not optimistic.In the process of applying this treatment to drug users,several problems have been exposed.This essay,which makes reference to Hongkong’s experience,analyses and discusses the role of f public security organs in methadone maintenance treatment. |
