| 摘 要： | 侦查人员在讯问犯罪嫌疑人的过程中,除了巧妙运用讯问语言外,还应当准确地对犯罪嫌疑人的非语言信息进行解读并且恰如其分地运用非语言,因为非语言在讯问沟通过程中同样具有举足轻重的作用,有时甚至可以产生讯问语言无法替代的功效,侦查人员可以利用它向犯罪嫌疑人传递有利于促使他们如实陈述的信息。

| Abstract: | Alongside with the usage of interrogate language,investigators should also make analysis of non-verbal information from criminal suspects and perfect adoption of it,because non-verbal language have distinct effect and sometimes even indispensable in interrogating.Investigators could use non-verbal communication skills to convey information to criminal suspects to confess. |
