| 摘 要： | 当前警察滥用权力,侵犯人权的现象屡见不鲜,对警察权力的运行缺乏相应的规范和制约是主要的根源。对警察权力的运行进行全面地规范和有效地制约,应做到:一、健全法律对警察权力设定的规范;二、建立和完善警察权力运行的正当程序;三、加强权力对警察权力运行的制约。

| Abstract: | At present,police abusing authorities and infringing human rights happens frequently,which mainly resulted from the lack of corresponding standardization and restriction of running police authority.To perfectly standardize and effectively restrict the running of police authority,the following three aspects should be achieved: firstly,perfect the standards against the police authority stipulated by the law;secondly,establish and improve the right procedure of running police authority;thirdly,strengthen the restriction of police authority running. |
