科学发展观——我国公共政策评估的首要标准

The Concept of Scientific Development: Primary Standard of Chinese Public Policy Evaluation

The standard of public policy evaluation is prerequisite of evaluation.In order to make the evaluation of public policy more effective and scientific,correct primary standard must be set up to direct the secondary standard.The concept of scientific development should become the primary standard of Chinese public policy evaluation for the following reasons: it can rectify and perfect Chinese former evaluation standard,it accords with the essential requirement of the public policy of our socialist country,it accommodates the trend of public policy development.Taking the concept of scientific development as Chinese primary standard of public policy evaluation and persisting it would improve the quality of public policy and advance the process of Chinse socialist harmonious society.
