| 摘 要： | 治国之本在于治吏。美国成为世界上综合国力最强大的国家,与其严密的廉政约束机制是分不开的。美国的廉政约束机制包括权力约束、新闻舆论约束、选举约束、法律约束、"死叮"约束等,构成一个内在联系的整体,对我国今天的廉政建设具有重要的启示。

| Abstract: | The fundamentality of ruling a country is officaials' administration.The reason why the United States of America has become the strongest country over the world lies in its uncorrupted restriction system,which includes power restriction,political party restriction,public opinion restriction,public opinion restriction,election retriction,jural restriction and"sting"restriction.All these constitute the integrity with inherent links,and these have very significant inspiration to China's honest and clean government construction. |
