| 摘 要： | 倍受瞩目的《治安管理处罚法》新近出台。该法涵盖了社会经济发展引起的诸多应罚行为的新种类以及单位违法情况,处罚方式多样化,处罚程序规范化,凸显了对私权利的保护和对公权力的限制,尽管偶有微暇,仍不失为我国治安管理立法的一个历史性进步。

| Abstract: | The Security Administration Punishment Law being paid close attention to has been enacted recently. The law includes the new kinds of many punishable behaviors caused by the social economy development and unit offence,The diversification of punishment modes and standardization of punishment procedure reveal the protection of the private rights and the restriction of the public rights.The law is still a historical advancement in the legislation of the security administration in China though it has some small flaws. |
