| 摘 要： | 近年来，毒品犯罪向互联网络渗透的趋势越发明显，利用网络进行毒品犯罪的案件逐年增多。文章归纳了目前我国利用网络进行毒品的主要形式，并对利用网络进行毒品犯罪案件中的电子证据进行了分类，有助于侦查机关有针对性的发现和提取相关证据。
