Game vs Compromise-Joint Investigation Team of EU

The joint investigation team of EU is set for detection of certain serious criminal cases by Member States together,which has gradually grown in the game vs compromise of authority and power,power and right,punishment of crime and protection of human rights,efficiency and fairness.In this process,it should continue to deal with problems of the relationship between national sovereignty and power of investigation,expansion and limitation of power of investigation,missing or incomplete and disunity of legislation,relationship with other EU institutions,processing and sharing of information in order to play its proper role better.Only in these ways can it improve the shortcomings and deficiencies in theory,law and practice,optimize the environment of the investigation in the European Union or even the international community,provide relevant experience to other countries and regions for reference.
