| 摘 要： | 塔洛克的<独裁政治>、温特罗布的<独裁的政治经济学>等专著开始尝试提供独裁政治的经济学理论,使公共选择理论的研究范围不仅包括民主政治,而且也包括独裁政治,也就是包括全部政治行为,从而大大拓宽了公共选择理论的研究范围.然而,塔洛克和温特罗布都忽视了意识形态对于独裁者实施统治的巨大作用,因而其理论难以适用于古代东方的独裁政治.具有漫长的封建独裁历史的中国应该有较多的学者为公共选择理论的新发展做出贡献.

| Abstract: | Books of Dictatorial Politics and Political Economics of Dictatorship try to provide the economic theory of dictatorial politics. It broadens the study area of public choice theory, which include dictatorial politics, i.e., all political behavior as well as democratic politics. Nevertheless, both of them have neglected the immense power of ideology to dictatorial ruling so their theory can hardly be applied to ancient oriental dictatorial politics. In China, with a long history of feudal dictatorship, there should be many scholars to make contributions for public choice theory. |
