| 摘 要： | 如何处置醉酒警情一直以来是摆在一线处警民警面前的一个棘手问题。应根据醉酒警情所具有的特点、警情性质、当前处置过程中存在的问题,进行有效处置,既要严格执法,又要考虑到其特殊性,在保证群众、醉酒人及民警自身安全的前提下讲究策略,灵活处置、依法处置、文明处置。

| Abstract: | It＇s a tough question that faced by the police on duty about how to deal with a drunken alert.According to the characteristics of drunken alert and the analysis of the disposal process of present situation,we should execute the law strictly as well as its specialty,and use strategy under the condition of keeping the safety of the public,the drunken,and the police to deal the alerts with flexibility,law and civilization. |
