视频监控系统应用评估体系研究——以江苏省部分社区为例

近年来,随着公安机关＂人防、物防、技防＂系统的建立,技术方法发挥着越来越大的作用,其中视频监控系统作为技术防范的主力军更为大家重视和应用,对于视频监控系统的作用也多有研究。但究竟视频监控系统是否起到了所描述的作用,或者在多大程度上起到了这些作用,也应该纳入研究视线;为了使资金投向更为准确,视频监控安装更加理性,视频监控应用评估体系的建立对于上述问题有积极意义。

Study of the Application Evaluation System of Video Monitoring System ——Taking Some Areas of Jiangsu Province as Example

In recent years,with the building of system of＂civil defense,physical defense,technical defense＂of public security departments,the function of technical methods is increasing.Among them,as the main force of technical defense,the video monitoring system is mainly focused and applied,and the function of video monitoring system is also widely studied.But whether the video monitoring system can develop its function which is described or how should be included in the study.To accurately use the capital,the installments of video monitor should be rational.The building of application evaluation system of video monitoring system has its active meaning to the above-mentioned problems.
