新的战略支点视角下的中马钦州产业园发展思路研究

把广西打造成为中国西南中南地区开放发展新的战略支点,给中马钦州产业园区带来新的机遇,提出了新的要求。中马钦州产业园区应该适应新形势,理清新思路,明确新任务,更好地发挥新平台、新动力、新亮点的作用。本文建议：中马钦州产业园区应以打造合作典范为战略定位,以强化发展引擎为发展路径,以创新驱动为发展新动力,加快园区的开发建设,积极主动地服务国家周边外交战略、服务中国—东盟自由贸易区发展,将园区建设成为中国与马来西亚及中国—东盟合作的示范项目。

Research on the Development of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park from the Viewpoint of New Strategic Fulcrum

Building Guangxi as a new development fulcrum for the middle and southwestern part of China brings both opportunity and challenge to China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park,which should suit itself to the new situation,sorts out new ideas and identify new targets so as to fully play the role of new platform,new force and new shinning spot. This paper suggests that,China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park should aim to build itself as a good model of cooperation by strengthening its developing engine,speeding up its construction,play a positive role to serve the diplomatic strategy of China and build the Industrial Park as the model of China-Malaysia and China- ASEAN Cooperation Zones.
