| Abstract: | It is an objective requirement for public security organs to make great efforts to control the subjunctive population on networks in order to heighten the ability of maintaining public order.Public security organs must rigorously carry out the principle and seize the opportunity of strategy.At the same time,public security organs should pay special attention to three key problems to propel the management of subjunctive population forward. |
