A Systems View to Socialist Shares Legal System

According to the “Three Representations”put forward by President Jiang Zemin,this essay makes preliminary analysis on the basic structure and function of the Shares legal System;the arguments on the Shares Legal System in China,all the exploration is based on the framework of systematic science.After these analysis,the artcle confirms the great value that the Shares Legal System represents the advanced social productivity.The aim of this paper is to promote the realization of socialist enterprise shares Legal system and to present a new idea on construction and completion of China-featured socialist enterprise Shares Legal System.
