| 摘 要： | 现代警察院校的学生管理工作应建立新型的创新管理制度,用创新思维进行教育管理."情商教育"是指管理和训练学生提高情商水平的一种创新思维教育,主要是教会学生如何控制、稳定、调节个人情绪,提高学生的"情商智力水平和能力". 超越自己情感上的弱点,这是情感再塑、提升情商的一个坚实的开端.

| Abstract: | The students' administration of modern police academy should base on a new and inventive managing system, educational management through inventive thinking. "The education of emotional Quotient" is a kind of inventive education which can manage and train the students to improve their "EQ" level. The main task is to teach the students how to control, make firm and regulate their individual mood, improve the students' "EQ" level and ability, overcome their own weakness in their feeling. This is a starting point of reshaping and improving the "EQ". |
