| 摘 要： | 90年代以来，经济全球化趋势愈演愈烈。经济全球化在带给我们机遇的同时，在贸易领域、民族经济独立性、产业安全、金融安全等方面，对我国的经济安全提出了严峻的挑战。对此，我国一方面应大力扶植民族经济，同时在外资政策导向、防范金融风险等方面均应采取相应措施，趋利避害。
