| 摘 要： | 产权界定是决定资源开发效率的重要环节。自然资源的产权界定主要涉及资源的所有权、用益物权、担保权,还有后来出现的股权。水资源、海域资源、矿产资源、森林资源的开发各有其特点,结合这些特点对资源产权进行适当的界定将使资源开发效益最大化。
