| 摘 要： | 人际环境对大学生思想道德观念的形成、创新能力的提高、心理健康的程度和被社会所认可的程度都具有重要影响。因此，大学生成才离不开和谐的人际环境，而构建和谐的人际环境取决于人际环境中成员素质的提高和人际关系的良性发展。
