东北亚经济合作的障碍与希望

东北亚各国经济存在着高度的互补性。东北亚合作拥有巨大的潜力。但是,经济互补性不会自动导致地区经济一体化合作。东北亚合作面临来自日本和美国的六大障碍。其中,排除来自美国的障碍也与日本有关。本文最后分析了东北亚合作的希望在于解决5个问题:如何看待中国的民族复兴;要合作共赢,不要危险的博弈;日本在中美间的作用,韩国在中日间的作用;正常国家要有健康的政治和正常的思维;中日关系的一项过渡性的选择:政经适度分离,以经济合作促进政治互信。

Impediments and Prospect for the Northeast Asian Economic Cooperation

The economy of countries in Northeast Asia is reciprocal, and their cooperation has substantial potentials. However, economic reciprocality won't naturally lead to the integrity of the regional cooperation There come six impediments from Japan, the U. S. and others. And the exclusion of the impediment from the U. S. has something to do with Japan. This article analyses the key of economic cooperation in the Northeast Asian and lies in solving the following problems: the correct attitude toward the national rejuvenation of China, cooperative win-win instead of life-and-death counteractions, the Japanese role in the Sino-American relationship, the Korean role in the Sino-Japanese relationship, the healthy politics and non-weird thinking of a government, a transitting choice for the Sino-Japanese reladonship, separation of politics from economy, and development of mutual political trust with economic cooperation.
