刍议高校参与式教学的目标与实施路径

摘    要:参与式教学是高校实施素质教育的重要手段,也是推进课堂教学改革的重要思路。与强调教师中心地位的传统教学模式不同,参与式教学重视学生在教学活动中的主体性。它以学生的能力培养为根本目标,旨在促进学生的全面均衡发展。参与式教学意味着课堂教学活动中师生关系的根本变革,要求教师进行深刻的角色调整,不再总是充当"绝对权威",而是以更为平等和多样化的身份与学生互动,尊重并激励学生的参与。参与式教学包括课堂讨论、分组合作等多种具体方法,但这些设计都应以学生的学习活动为中心,鼓励学生的参与意愿,培养他们的探究精神和创造能力。

Abstract:participatory teaching is an important means to implement quality education in colleges and universities, also the important idea topromote classroom teaching reform. Different from the traditional mode of teaching with emphasis on the centrality of teacher, the participatoryteaching attaches importance to students’subjectivity in teaching activities. It takes developing the student's ability as a fundamental objective,aiming to promote a comprehensive and balanced development of students. the participatory teaching means a fundamental change in the relationshipbetween teachers and students in classroom activities, requiring teachers to do profound role adjustment, no longer always the“absolute authority”,but in more equitable and diverse identities interacting with students, respecting and encouraging students participation. Participatory teachingmethods include a variety of specific class discussion, group cooperation, but these designs should be based on student-centered learning activities toencourage students participating willingness and to cultivate their spirit of inquiry and creativity.
