| 摘 要： | 随着欧盟单一专利制度的通过,这项新的专利制度将设置于欧洲,并于2014年1月1日生效。本文旨在介绍与单一专利所连结的经济要点。我们的重点便是同时说明其优势以及弊端。我们也会特别说明,尽管对提出申请的企业而言,单一专利能节省经济上的开支,但是这并非必然对所有成员国都有利。

| Abstract: | With the adoption of the European unitary patent which could come into force on 1 January 2014, a new patent system is taking place in Europe. This paper＇s objective is to present the economic issues related to the European unitary patent. We also emphasize on its benefits and the disadvantages. We also demonstrate that, even if the European unitary patent could generate interests in favor of the filing companies, but it＇s not necessarily beneficial for all member countries. |
