中国对欧贸易顺差探析

进入21世纪后,中国与欧洲、欧盟的贸易发展迅速,中国对欧贸易顺差高速增长。本文认为,对于顺差形成的原因应当从多个角度进行分析。近年来,中国随着资本存量的增加和技术水平的提高,高技能劳动已经在中国出口中发挥重要作用,但并没有改变中国的传统比较优势;中国利用外资的发展,不仅使外资企业在中国对欧贸易中占有不可或缺的地位,更有投资替代贸易的作用。要使中欧贸易得到健康的发展,欧盟方面应该在中国市场经济地位、反倾销、知识产权保护和技术壁垒等方面进行广泛的政策调整。
