摘    要:大学英语教学过程中,师生之间增进双方理解、相互信任、和谐相处,缩短彼此心理距离,有利于培养学生的自信心,提高他们学习的自觉性,增强他们的自主感、成就感,为学生创造更多的成功机会。

Abstract:In course of the college English education,the relationship of mutual understanding and trust,harmoniously living together and the close psychological distance between the teacher and his students is helpful and beneficial to cultivate the students` self-confidence,enhance their self-consciousness,the sense of independence and the feeling of achievement,which can create more opportunities to succeed in their study.
